If you signed up for STARZ through Amazon Channels, you would not have access to the STARZ app. You need the Amazon Video App to watch STARZ with your Amazon login credentials. You can access STARZ content through Amazon Prime Channels through your Amazon account.

If you subscribed through the STARZ app on an Amazon device and are having issues, please start [here.](https://starz.kustomer.help/en_us/HkHW7EZJo)
